How long will it take for my pet bed to arrive?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Due to increased online shopping and product popularity, orders will typically take 10-12 business days. Tracked shipping is provided free of charge across Canada for all purchases.
How do I wash my calming pet bed?
Our calming pet beds are designed with removable covers so that washing is easier, and high levels of hygiene can be maintained.
We recommend washing the removable outer cover separately from other items on a delicate cold cycle in order to maximise the lifespan of the bed. If required, the inner inserts can be wiped with a damp cloth (but similar to pillow inserts, should not be machine or hand washed)
Both the outer fur cover and the separate inner plush pillows and filling are 100% polyester. This material has been used deliberately for its durability, softness, and importantly its ability to dry faster than other materials.
If hanging the items up to air or drip-drying after washing, we highly recommend hanging the items in direct sunlight as polyester can dry in as little as an hour this way. Also, the sun's ultraviolet (UV) light helps avoid (and even kill) mold.
Do not wring or twist, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean; either the outer cover or the inner pillows.

Cosy bed with good support!
This bed is the place Roscoe runs to with a treat or a toy. He usually ends up falling asleep in it too. I had one of these beds for our late dog Bowser too. I love that you can remove the outer layer to wash it. Was and is the best investment for our puppy(s).
Took a little longer than anticipated to arrive but the animals love it. It’s supposed to be our cavapoo’s bed but the cats take over. Great purchase. Have had to wash it already and it washed up just fine.
The shipment was really delayed and dealing with customer service was so-so, but once it got here it was well worth the wait. My dog loves her bed, and it’s foldable so we can bring it on the go (she’s a service dog). we’ve been looking for something cozy but also portable for a while, and this fits both.

Lovely bed - we bought it to replace a similar one that was looking a bit old. Our Lhasa Apso Monty loved it the minute we got it out of the box and jumped into it and wouldn’t get out. He sleeps like a baby it in and it’s super comfy.

Notes for greyhound owners: if you have a smaller female greyhound, the size large (100cm) is big enough in my opinion. I deliberated over the large vs XL, but the large was the right choice for her. But that’s up to you! My greyhound loves it! Nice comfy, fluffy bed, good amount of filling, great that the cover can be removed for washing. She loves fluffy donut beds, and has had a similar ones from a department store but they lost padding very quickly and cover can’t be removed. I didn’t give 5 stars simply because we haven’t had it long, and I want to know how it wears over time and if it retains it’s volume for longer.

I recently purchased extra covers so I always have a spare. The covers dry very quickly on the outside line however winter doesn’t always provide drying weather. My two whippets love these beds.
This bed is amazing, our dogs love it so much they don’t bother to sit beside us anymore!! We liked it so much we bought the little dog her own smaller one but she likes to share with big dog!
My only regret is I didn’t buy one earlier! My dog loved it straight away. I like that it keeps my dog snug and cosy but doesn’t overheat - he’s a woolly bichon friese so that’s important.

That picture was the aftermath of a visit from my daughter’s little daschshund Dexter when he got together with our Bailey. Left them alone for 5 minutes. So that photo is the remains of his cushion! We quickly had to got another one as Bailey loves his bed.
Skye has two of these beds, the biggest one in the dining room which is her "go to" bed, and another in the CamperVan for when we are travelling. She absolutely loves these beds. We had the cheaper versions previously that just went flat and lumpy, but these ones maintain the orginal shape and comfort with just a quick shake. On a morning she loves to lay out in her bed, and then dad has to get in and give her a cuddle, then she's happy.
A nice plush bed for Fergal! I love that the cover is removable for washing. 10 out of 10.

Hector is so fussy. We have previously purchased numerous type of beds that he wouldn’t use But he absolutely loves this bed. We had already got one. We decided to get a second after getting fed up of carrying it up & down stairs. We did get a cheaper copy but he wouldn’t entertain it. When this arrived he was climbing in it before I’d got it on the floor. One happy boy
